Below is a list of requirements/features/enhancements that are KCLS published when they began their road down Evergreen. Some requirements are in active development. Some have been deferred. Still others are already part of Evergreen (this was a list of requirements, not a gap analysis). As time permits, the KCLS team will be updating each requirement with its status so the rest of the community knows what they've got actively on their plate.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5712 | ILL - Interlibrary Loan | "use in library" items |
When the Library requests and receives an ILL item that is reserved for use inside the Library, the item record is marked with a "use in library" flag. The item can only be checked out to the patron's home library. The item record has an easily-identifiable visual indicator (such as a colored background). |

| 5170 | CIRC - Circulation | 'behind the desk' indicator |
Print 'behind the desk' indicator on holds slip, for patrons who have this flag in their patron record. |

| 5276 | CIRC - Circulation | 'deny if locally available' setting |
By default, items can be held regardless of whether they are available on the shelf. If the 'deny' flag is on, that condition is evaluated after the loan and holdability rules are evaluated. The existence of non-circulating copies should never prevent a hold on a title. Requesting rules may prevent placing holds on locally available items, if desired. In that case, staff may override for specific holds. (See REQ-5190 for details on holdability.) |

| 5263 | CIRC - Circulation | 'not wanted after' holds |
Patrons can enter Not Wanted After date. Holds are removed from patron hold list after Not Wanted After date. Do not send cancellation notice. Default to two years. |

| 7411 | WEB - Web Services | 'not wanted after' holds |
Patrons have the ability to manage their holds calendar. For each hold or group of holds, a patron may specify a date after which the item(s) will not be wanted. A hold will be cancelled automatically if it is not delivered by the designated date. |
